A spontaneous notion is when you're under the influence of cannabis, for us, thinking of an idea or a thought and saying it out loud instead of in your head. 

It allows new ideas to the conversation and, in other instances blurting out the things you don't want to discuss. 

Of course, the most fun thing we do when we're smoking weed is cause we never know what will happen next.
